Rent a bike in Reykjavik Iceland

We offer only fully equipped quality bikes in both male and female versions and various frame sizes. We also offer some children bikes. The bikes are regularly checked and adjusted and fitted with a lock. Helmets are available. Payment by credi-card only!

Bikes are also available for rent at the youth hostel/campsite in Laugardalur, from 15th May until the 1st of September. After that time they are only available from the shop on Hverfisgata 50.

Prices are per bike:

  • One whole day (24 hours) - 4.200 kr.
  • Half-a-day (workshop opening hours) - 3.600 kr.
  • Whole week or longer (daily price) - 3.600 kr.
  • 4 hours (minimum rental) - 2.600 kr.
  • prices may change due to financial climate


Opening hours

We are open as follows:

  • Monday - Friday from 08:00-18:00
  • Saturday from 10:00-14:00

It is possible to rent bikes outside these times, either by having contact with Borgarhjol (+354-551-5653, +354-863-5456), or the Youth hostel (+354-553-8110), or Campsite (+354-568-6944).
